Enjoy a Roku TV for streaming and a vinyl record player for relaxed downtime. In cooler months (late Sept–April), the seasonal gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. Open to the kitchen and dining areas, the layout keeps everyone connected while cooking, dining, or unwinding.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need for meals at home: cookware, bakeware, utensils, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and select spices. Start mornings at the coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, grinder, and electric kettle, plus complimentary starter coffee, cream, and sugar. The dining table seats six and expands to eight, with extra seating at the island - all with mountain views as your backdrop.

★ BEDROOM 1: MAIN LEVEL SUITE W/ENSUITE BATHROOM

This main-level suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a plush king mattress and sweeping mountain views right from bed. French doors open to the screened deck, making morning coffee and sunset watching part of the routine. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower/tub combo and is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. A dresser and closet provide ample storage, and a stackable washer and dryer add convenience. A Roku TV, dedicated workspace, blackout curtains and a cozy reading nook finish this private retreat designed for rest and relaxation.

★ BEDROOM 2: LOWER-LEVEL KING BEDROOM

This lower-level king bedroom includes a full-size futon, making it ideal for guests traveling with kids who want to be nearby. The room offers separation while staying close to the game and bunk retreat. French doors lead directly to the back deck and fire pit area, letting in natural light and providing easy outdoor access. The room also includes a dresser, closet, blackout curtains and Roku Smart TV. A shared lower-level bathroom is just steps away.

★ BEDROOM 3: GAME & BUNK RETREAT

This lower-level retreat is a favorite for guests of all ages - great for rainy afternoons or unwinding after a day in the mountains. A second living area with a sectional sofa and a large Roku TV creates a comfortable lounge for movies, games, and group hangouts.

★ FAMILY FRIENDLY

The dedicated game and bunk room is a kid's paradise. We provide a Pack 'n Play (located in the upstairs king suite closet, please bring your own fitted sheet), a highchair, children’s cups, plates, and utensils, and a baby gate to make traveling with little ones easier. The two-level layout works well for families, offering space to spread out between the main living areas and the lower-level game and bunk retreat for play and downtime.

Dogs are welcome! A $75 non-refundable fee per dog will be automatically included when you add them to your reservation. No breed restrictions. Enjoy nearby trails in the Aska Adventure Area and easy outings to Blue Ridge - a dog-friendly mountain town with plenty of spots that are great for dogs.
