Enjoy a well-stocked coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, grinder, and electric kettle, with complimentary starter coffee supplies including coffee, cream, and sugar provided for slow, easy mornings in the mountains.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
• Indoor gas fireplace is available from late September through late April only. For safety, the fireplace is not operable outside of this seasonal window.
• There are two exterior cameras located: on the front porch and on one corner of the home facing the driveway. These cameras monitor exterior entry and parking areas only and never face interior or private guest spaces.
• Cabin access is fully paved with easy year-round arrival; four-wheel drive is not required.
• The horseshoe driveway provides ample on-site parking. No street parking permitted.
• Wildlife such as deer, turkeys, bears, and native insects are occasionally seen outdoors. Please store food indoors or securely in the provided outdoor garbage bins and avoid leaving food unattended outside.
• Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit but is available for purchase locally.
• No smoking or vaping on the property. Additional cleaning fee of $300 will apply if smoke is detected inside the home.
• Propane is provided for the deck grill; please bring charcoal if you plan to use the charcoal grill.
• Parties are not permitted.
